Artwork & File Responsibility

• Customers must upload print-ready files
• We do not check spelling, sizing or design accuracy
• Files must match the selected gang sheet size
• We are not responsible for print issues caused by incorrect files.

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use the design.

Order Processing

• Standard processing time is 24–48 hours
• Orders are processed only after files are received
• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection or dispatch

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once printing has started
• Please double check files before submitting

Use of Service

• We do not print offensive, illegal or copyrighted material
• We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates ethical standards

Limitation of Liability

All DTF prints are produced based on customer supplied files. The DTF Warehouse is not liable for errors caused by incorrect artwork, file setup or specifications provided by the customer.
