Because DTF Film and Gang Sheets are custom printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect artwork.

No Refunds For:

• Incorrect file size
• Spelling mistakes
• Low resolution images
• Wrong gang sheet selection
• Colour differences due to screen displays

Eligible Refunds or Reprints

We will offer a reprint or refund only if:
• The print is defective.
• There is a production error on our side.
• The incorrect product was supplied.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos provided.

Approval Responsibility

Once files are submitted, printing proceeds based on the uploaded artwork. Responsibility for file accuracy rests with the customer.
