Can you print my own design?
Yes, we can. As long as your artwork follows ethical standards and does not offend any religion, culture, race or gender, we are happy to print it for you.

Are you a local business or do you outsource production?
We are a Sydney based business and all of our DTF work is produced in-house. We operate using our own equipment, materials and team, with no overseas outsourcing involved. Keeping everything under one roof allows us to maintain quality control, reliable turnaround times and hands-on customer support.

I’ve had issues with DTF prints before. How are you different?
We know many customers come to us after dealing with transfers that cracked, faded or failed to apply correctly. At The DTF Warehouse, we take a quality first approach. We use tested equipment, trusted materials and refined processes to produce transfers that are consistent and durable. We also focus on clear communication and support, so you’re never left guessing before or after placing an order.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website include GST.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We use high level SSL encryption to protect your information. We do not store your credit card details and treat your privacy with the highest level of care.

Artwork & Files

How do I send my design or image?
You can email your file to sales@thedtfwarehouse.com.au and include your order or receipt number. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to review your artwork.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept print ready files such as PNG, PDF, SVG, and AI. For best results, files should be high resolution and set to the correct size.

Do you check my artwork before printing?
We print exactly as supplied. Please make sure your file is correct, including spelling, sizing and layout. We are not responsible for errors in customer supplied files.

Do you accept print only orders?
Yes. If you already have a ready to print gang sheet, you can upload it and proceed with printing.

Ordering

Is there a minimum order required?
No minimum order is required. You can order exactly what you need.

Can I place an order if I’m not confident using the website?
Yes, absolutely. If online ordering feels confusing, we are happy to assist with manual orders. Simply email or chat with us and let us know what you need. Our team will guide you through the process.

Can I order multiple designs in one gang sheet?
Yes. Gang sheets are designed to hold multiple designs on a single sheet, helping you reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Once printing has started, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please double check all details before submitting your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments. Your invoice will be emailed once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

Shipping & Turnaround Time

How long does order processing take?
Order processing takes 24 to 48 hours after we receive your artwork. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery postcode and parcel weight. You can view an estimated shipping cost by entering your postcode at checkout.

Do you offer collection?
If collection is available, you will be notified once your order is ready.

Application & After Care

How do I apply DTF transfers?
DTF transfers should be applied using a heat press. Temperature, pressure and time may vary depending on fabric type. Always test on a sample garment first.

How should I care for garments after pressing?
For best results:
• Wait 24 hours before washing
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron directly on the print

What fabrics work best with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester and most blended fabrics.
