Pressing Instructions
These guidelines are suitable for cotton and most cotton blend garments. Results may vary on other fabrics, so testing is recommended.
- Preheat your heat press to 140°C with firm, even pressure.
- Place the transfer on the garment with the design facing up.
- Press for 6 to 8 seconds.
- Remove the film immediately while hot, lifting smoothly and evenly.
- Cover the print and apply a second press for another 6 to 8 seconds.
- If any adhesive residue is visible, cover with baking paper or a protective sheet and press briefly to clean the surface.
Tip: Using a protective sheet such as Teflon or baking paper helps maintain consistent results and protects your heat press.

- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh detergents.
